Our first session together will focus on getting to know you better. We will discuss your women’s health history and health goals. We will also discuss what you are hoping to get out of our sessions together so I can meet your needs as best as I can.

This session is scheduled 1 week after the intake session and is all about FEMM and your health. We will do a deep dive into the menstrual cycle and reproductive hormones so that you can have a better understanding of how the female body is created to function. You will learn how to identify cervical mucus biomarkers and their association to estrogen, progesterone, and overall health. After this session you will begin creating a health record for yourself by charting observable biomarkers.

This session is scheduled one month after session 1. During this session, we will review the health record/chart that you created over the past month, discuss any abnormalities, and make necessary corrections. If abnormalities are noted, you will be referred to a FEMM trained medical doctor or nurse practitioner in your area for further evaluation through lab work and ultrasounds.

At this time, the services offered by You Are Beautiful Mission LLC are not covered by insurance. You may place a claim through your insurance company to see if they will cover part of the cost, although it is not a guarantee. If you have a health savings account, I recommend drawing from that account for your sessions.
FEMM providers are covered by most insurance plans. Therefore, if you are referred to higher care for further evaluation of your hormone health, your care may be covered by insurance. Check with your insurance provider to find out more about coverage of FEMM and women’s health services.
If your insurance carrier does not cover FEMM health services, FEMM offers out of pocket costs for new clients ranging from $85-200 and $60-140 for established clients. If you are referred to the FEMM Telehealth platform, your FEMM provider can order your labs, ultrasound, etc. to be completed at a location that your insurance will cover.
